Typical Responsibilities May Include

• Quality oversight across ground-up and renovation projects
• Developing and implementing QA/QC plans
• Conducting inspections and ensuring compliance with project specifications
• Coordinating with project teams, subcontractors, and third-party inspectors
• Document control including NCRs, RFIs, and corrective actions
• Ensuring regulatory compliance and industry standards
• Supporting continuous improvement across quality processes

We’re Interested in Profiles With

• Experience in construction QA/QC, field engineering, or project quality management
• Strong understanding of construction processes and compliance requirements
• Ability to identify issues early and drive corrective action
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• A proactive, detail-driven approach to maintaining standards

Typical Base Salaries

$70K – $145K+ depending on experience, sector, and project scope
