Our client is a leading provider of specialist civil engineering and environmental services, focusing on tree and vegetation management, earthworks, groundworks, land clearance and construction services. They deliver high-quality projects with an emphasis on safety, sustainability, and customer satisfaction.

The Construction Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and completion of various projects. This role involves coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring seamless communication between all stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Construction Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and scheduling of projects, including resource allocation and timeline management.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain RAMS for all projects.
  • Coordinate communication between project managers, clients, suppliers, and on-site teams.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and update stakeholders regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial tracking of projects.
  • Address any project issues promptly and escalate when necessary.

Construction Coordinator

Position Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination or document control, preferably in civil engineering or construction.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong I.T skills. Microsoft office suite etc.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards in the construction industry.
