I’m currently partnering with a range of leading US general contractors and construction firms who are actively looking to connect with experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers for upcoming ground-up, renovation, and expansion projects.
This is a talent pool / future opportunities post rather than a single live vacancy, designed to engage strong project leaders who can successfully deliver complex construction projects from pre-construction through to closeout.
The aim is to build a pipeline of high-calibre PM and Senior PM talent across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and mixed-use construction sectors, aligned with upcoming project demand.
Typical Responsibilities May Include
- Managing full project lifecycle from pre-construction through to closeout
- Budget oversight, cost tracking, and financial reporting
- Programme and schedule management with field coordination teams
- Subcontractor oversight and contract administration
- Client communication, progress reporting, and stakeholder management
- Change order management, scope control, and contract adjustments
- Risk management, issue resolution, and project delivery assurance
- Ensuring QA/QC standards and project compliance throughout delivery
We’re Interested in Profiles With
- Experience delivering commercial, industrial, or healthcare construction projects
- Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
- Proven ability to lead project teams and manage multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management platforms
- A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach to project delivery

Salary Expectations (Typical Ranges)
- Assistant Project Manager / Early PM: $75K – $95K
- Project Manager: $95K – $125K
- Senior Project Manager: $120K – $150K+
(Ranges vary depending on project type, contractor size, and geographic location.)
