I’m currently partnering with a range of leading US general contractors and construction firms who are actively looking to connect with experienced Superintendents for upcoming ground-up, renovation, and expansion projects.

This is a talent pool / future opportunities post rather than a single live vacancy, designed to engage strong field leaders who can successfully drive site delivery, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to specification.

The aim is to build a pipeline of high-calibre Superintendent talent across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and mixed-use construction sectors in line with upcoming project demand.

Typical Responsibilities May Include

• Overseeing daily site operations and coordinating all on-site activities
• Managing subcontractors and ensuring effective sequencing of trades
• Driving programme delivery through short-interval and look-ahead planning
• Enforcing strict safety standards and conducting regular site inspections
• Quality control to ensure work meets project specifications and drawings
• Running site coordination meetings with project teams and subcontractors
• Maintaining daily reports, site diaries, and project documentation
• Identifying and resolving on-site issues to avoid delays and rework

We’re Interested in Profiles With

• Experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent on commercial or industrial projects
• Strong understanding of site operations, sequencing, and subcontractor management
• Proven ability to maintain safe, productive, and well-coordinated job sites
• Strong leadership presence with excellent communication skills on site
• Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management platforms

Typical Backgrounds Could Include

• Construction Superintendent
• Assistant Superintendent ready to step up
• General Foreman / Site Foreman with leadership responsibility
• Field Engineer with strong site delivery exposure
• Trades background progressed into site supervision or management

Salary Expectations (Typical Ranges)

• Assistant Superintendent: $70K – $90K
• Superintendent: $90K – $120K
• Senior Superintendent / Multi-project oversight: $120K – $150K+

(Ranges vary depending on project type, sector, and geographic location.)
