The aim is to build a pipeline of high-calibre Plant Manager talent across industrial manufacturing, continuous-process, and engineered production facilities in line with ongoing demand for experienced operational leadership.

Typical Responsibilities May Include

• Full ownership of plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, and safety
• Leading and developing cross-functional leadership teams across the facility
• Driving operational performance through KPIs, KPIs dashboards, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Implementing Lean, 5S, Six Sigma, and broader CI programmes
• Budget ownership, cost control, and P&L responsibility
• Ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards
• Strategic planning around capacity, workforce planning, and production efficiency

We’re Interested in Profiles With

• Experience leading a manufacturing plant or large-scale production facility
• Strong background in operations, production, engineering, or manufacturing leadership
• Proven ability to drive performance, accountability, and operational improvement
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and production flow
• Strong leadership presence with excellent communication and decision-making skills
• A hands-on, visible leadership style with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency

Salary Expectations (Typical Ranges)

• Operations Manager / Early Plant Leadership: $90K – $115K
• Plant Manager: $115K – $150K
• Senior Plant Manager / Multi-site or large facility leadership: $150K – $180K+

(Ranges vary depending on industry, facility size, and complexity.)
