I’m currently partnering with several manufacturing and industrial organisations across Ohio who are looking to connect with Production Managers (and similar leadership profiles) with experience in high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environments.

This post is not tied to a single live vacancy. Instead, it reflects ongoing demand for strong production leaders who can drive output, improve processes, and effectively manage teams. The aim is to build a pipeline of high-calibre candidates for upcoming and future opportunities across the state.

Typical Responsibilities May Include:

• Leading day-to-day production operations to meet output, quality, and safety targets
• Managing and developing production teams, including supervisors and line staff
• Monitoring KPIs, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process improvements
• Coordinating with engineering, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Six Sigma, etc.)
• Overseeing scheduling, resource allocation, and workforce planning

We’re Interested in Profiles With:

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment
• Leadership experience managing teams, shifts, or production departments
• Strong understanding of production processes, workflow, and equipment
• Ability to analyse performance data and drive operational improvements
• Hands-on leadership style with strong communication skills
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset focused on efficiency and quality

• Production Manager

• Operations / Production Supervisor ready to step up
• Plant Supervisor / Shift Manager
• Manufacturing Team Lead with leadership responsibility

Salary Expectations:

• Supervisor / early leadership: $65K – $85K
• Mid-level Production Manager: $80K – $110K
• Senior Production Manager / multi-line or full operational responsibility: $100K – $130K+

(Ranges vary depending on industry, location, shift structure, and size/complexity of the manufacturing facility.)
