Project Manager Required!
Our client is a design and manufacture of specialised process and packaging equipment. They serve a variety of industries, including Pharmaceutical, Aerosol, Coatings and Adhesives offering a full range of services such as designing, testing, supplying, and commissioning the equipment.
Due to ongoing success, they are looking to recruit a Project Manager to work in their Technical office. The role is dynamic and calls on technical, commercial, project and management skills.
(Project Manager) – Position Overview
- Managing all aspects and types of projects through the business, from large production lines to small table-top units
- Meet overall project objectives for quality, delivery, and cost.
- Manage & resolve key project risks & issues.
- Maintain a clear understanding of the current scope of work throughout the project & manage the commercial impact of any changes.
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure that projects run smoothly, and that technical information is passed on correctly.
- Corresponding with customers and suppliers on technical issues
(Project Manager) – Position Requirements
- A project manager with an appreciation for project engineering
- Experience of managing projects in a technical environment, ideally with extended project life cycles (2 years+)
- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry sector with an understanding of GMP and validation principles would be advantageous.
- Systematic approach to their work with attention to detail
- Excellent at building & maintaining relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Strong customer focus
- Able to work effectively with people across departments and shop floor staff.
- Willingness to travel globally.
