Client Privacy Notice
In this Privacy Notice relating to Data Protection, Streamline Search Limited is referred to as “The Company” and client contact, an employee or owner within a Company of who Streamline Search Limited has contacted is known as “The Client”.
The purpose of this Privacy Notice is to provide clear and transparent information in accordance with the data protection legislation about why and how the Company will process and use Your Details, and what personal information the Company will collect. The Company is a recruitment agency which provides work-finding services to Clients and Candidates. The Company must process personal data including sensitive personal data so that it can provide these services – in doing so, the Company acts as a Data Controller.
We may collect Your Details directly or indirectly. Methods of collection are over the phone, via our website, or we may collect them from another source such as your website, third party sources or through being passed on your details. The Company must have a legal basis for processing your personal data which we identify as legitimate interest. For the purposes of providing, you with work finding services and/or candidate information relating to roles relevant to your company, we will only use your personal data in accordance with the terms of the following statement.
1. Definitions
1.1 In this Privacy Notice the following definitions apply: “The Company” means our Company: Streamline Search Limited (12225664) of 62 – 63 South Street, Chichester, West Sussex, PO19 1EE. “The Candidate” means the work seeker or individual that is looking to engage the services that the Company offers. “The Client” means the person, firm, corporate body together with any subsidiary or customer of the Company. “Data Controller” means the Company that determines the purposes for which and the manner in which any personal data are, or are to be, processed and held. “Your Details” means the personal data including, but not limited to, your direct email address captured either through your website or via a third-party source.
2. Collection, Use, Sharing and Retention of Personal Data
2.1 Purpose Of Processing The Company will collect your personal data which will not include sensitive personal data and will process Your Details for the purposes of providing you with recruitment services. The Company will collect personal information, either directly from you through your website or via a third-party source.

2.3 How we will use your Personal Data. The Company will use Your Details in order to fulfil its obligations and commitment as outlined to the Candidate, whereby the Company provides work-finding services to Candidates. Where the Company has relied on legitimate interest to process your personal data our legitimate interests are as follows:• To provide you with the information, products, and services that you request from us for the purpose of introducing, connecting and securing engagements between you and Candidates. • To inform you about new Candidates who are looking for a new position relevant to your market sector and looking to work in line with your current requirements • To maintain an up to date record of your information held and provide options to change any contact preferences.
2.4 Data Sharing The Company will share Your Details with Candidates and third party service providers when you consent to such sharing. The Company has faith that its Candidates and third party service providers will respect your data and abide by the provisions and regulations of the latest data protection legislation.
2.5 Data Retention The Company will only retain Your Details for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for.
3. Your Rights and Enforcement of Rights
3.1 Your Rights At any stage please be aware that you, the Client have data protection rights that stipulate that you can;• Access, object, restrict and be informed about the personal data the Company processes on you. • Rectify and correct your personal data. • Erasure or data portability of your personal data in certain circumstances • Withdraw consent at any time.
3.2 Enforcement of Rights Where you have consented to the Company processing your personal data, (not including sensitive personal data) you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time by contacting the Company’s Data Protection Officer. The Company shall act upon any subject access request, or any request relating to rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability or objection within one (1) month of receipt of the request. The Company may extend this period for two (2) further months where necessary, taking into account the complexity and the number of requests.
Where the Company considers that a request under this section is manifestly unfounded or excessive due to the request’s repetitive nature the Company may either refuse to act on the request or may charge a reasonable fee taking into account the administrative costs involved.
4. Data Security & Data Breaches
4.1 Data Security Access to Your Details are restricted to our employees and then shared with third parties and Candidates with your consent. The Company has faith that its Candidates and third party service providers will respect your data and abide by the provisions and regulations of the latest data protection legislation.
4.2 Data Breaches The Company has systems in place to prevent data breaches, unauthorised access or disclosure. If a breach occurs The Company will take steps to contain and recover the breach notifying any Clients without undue delay. The Company will not be required to tell Clients about a data breach when it would involve disproportionate effort to tell all affected Clients. Instead, the Company shall make a public communication or similar measure to tell all affected.
