Sales Administrator Required!
Our client is a global provider of specialised air pumping and engineering solutions, backed by over 40 years of industry expertise. As a UK leader in pumps and fluid control technology, they offer innovative and reliable solutions to meet the demanding needs of various industries worldwide.
On behalf of our client, we are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to support their busy sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, handling phone calls and emails, generating quotes, and processing orders.
Working hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, working from their office in Great Warley.
Package:
- Salary of £26,000 – £27,000 (DOE) – with potential increase after probation period
- 20 days holiday + bank holiday

Sales Administrator – Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails, respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and update clients on delivery times.
- Generate accurate sales quotes, process orders, and coordinate with cross functional teams.
- Maintain sales records, manage databases, and provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Work closely with a supportive team of 7 office staff, contributing to a positive and efficient workplace.
- Ad-hoc administrative duties

Sales Administrator – Requirements:
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in an engineering or manufacturing setting is advantageous
- Strong communication and organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to customer service.
- Computer skills are required; experience with CRM or administrative software is a bonus.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own transportation due to remote location.
