On behalf of our client, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, project management, client facing skills and technical expertise in BMS, electrical installations, and heating services.

Electrical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple electrical projects from conception to completion.
• Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including BMS and heating services.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
• Prepare and present project reports, documentation, and updates to stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control measures are in place.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting continuous improvement and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and clients as needed.

Electrical Project Manager

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager, preferably within the BMS, electrical installation, or heating services sectors.
• Adopt a customer/client focused way of working.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, building management systems, and heating services.
• Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
