(Project Manager) – Position Overview

Our client is an Air Conditioning and Ventilation Contractor those supplies, installs and maintains air conditioning and ventilation equipment.

Their mission is to provide their clients with cost-effective solutions that meet their needs while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

They are seeking a dedicated Project Manager who will lead and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects within specified timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

(Project Manager) – Position Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
• Form and maintain good working relationships with clients, main contractors, and sub- contractors.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to addressing project challenges.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• The role will involve travelling to sites across the South, Southeast and London.

Other Requirements:

• Possess a clean, UK, driving licence.
• Minimum of Maths and English GSCE at grade C / grade 4.
• Minimum of 2 x A-LEVELs, or Further Education qualification BTEC, in relevant discipline.
• Successful candidate must be able to pass national security vetting.
• Two references will be required and checked.

(Project Manager) – Position Remuneration

• £40-45k + Discretionary Performance Related Bonus
• Company vehicle/allowance
• Full-time, 40 hours per week

• Mandatory Health & Safety on-line courses.
• Site Safety Management Training Scheme (SSMTS).
• Basic Health and Safety driving test and Skillcard for basic operator.
• Manufacturer’s courses, on-line and training centre based.
