Position Overview:
As a Service Engineer within our clients’ business, you will be a vital component of the business. Visiting customer sites and locations nationwide to perform maintenance and servicing work on systems which have been installed by the business prior. This is a vital role as you will be at customers sites rectifying maintenance and servicing issues, ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained.
Position Requirements/ duties:
- Nationwide travelling to customer/ clients’ sites. (Occasional overnight stay potentially)
- Prior maintenance/ servicing experience.
- Mechanical, quarrying, industrial, or multi-skilled background is favourable.
- Training provided on company processes and systems.
- Working on pipework and pumps.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance protocols is essential.
- Wearing appropriate PPE.
- Valid driving license.
- Installing and configuring new equipment or systems according to specifications.
- Effective communication with customers and colleagues.
