Service Engineer Required

Our client is a well-established, family run business devoted to the development of their brand of high end, quality service equipment. They are well renowned for building long lasting, easy to use products.

Due to their ongoing growth and success, they are now looking for a Service Engineer to join their friendly team. This position would be suitable for a qualified engineer with experience in electronics, and a HNC/HND with previous experience within maintenance.

Service Engineer – Position Overview

• Carry Out Maintenance on All Commercial Catering Services Including Combi Ovens, Grills, Burners, and Fryers
• Travel To Locations Such as Restaurants, Cinemas and Takeaways.
• Carry Out Planned & Reactive Maintenance
• Fault Finding/Diagnosis
• Repair And Advise
• Maintain Communication with Customers Throughout the Job Duration
• Always Provide Excellent Customer Service

Service Engineer – Position Requirements

• Relevant HND/HNC or formal Electrical Qualification
• Background knowledge in Commercial or Electrical Maintenance
• Full UK Driving License
• Willing To Travel In & Around London
• Willing to occasionally Travel Abroad
• A Friendly & Helpful Personality with Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Able To Work Alone & Unsupervised
• Able To Complete Documents Accurately & On Time
• Some Experience as Field Technician (Preferred)
• Good Electrical & Mechanical Skills

Service Engineer – Position Remuneration

• Salary: £27K – £28K
• Monday – Friday 8am-5pm
• Company Car
