Import/Export Clerk
Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Import/Export Clerk to join their dynamic operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire process of import and export activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all data entry tasks.
- Job Management: Book jobs from start to finish, ensuring smooth operations throughout the process.
- Supplier Interaction: Handle supplier queries, invoices, and related documentation.
- Logistics Coordination: Arrange collections and deliveries across the UK and worldwide.
- Export/Import Declarations: Complete export/import declarations on Sequoria (CDS).
- Job Documentation: Complete, upload, and file job-related documents.
- General Queries: Address and resolve general queries from clients, customs, and deliveries.
- Courier Shipments: Book courier shipments for both UK and international destinations.
- Warehouse Management: Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to organize pick and pack orders and participate in warehouse activities.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Import/Export Experience: 1-3 years of experience in import/export operations preferred.
- IT Skills: Proficiency in using IT systems and software.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to maintain accuracy in all tasks.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Driving Ability: A valid driver’s license would be beneficial.
